Presenting educational programs and developing curricula for private and government entities on topics of justice, safety and the provision of services to vulnerable populations and distribution of course material in connection therewith

Social science research and analysis services relating to the delivery of legal and social services to meet the needs of vulnerable populations

Charitable services, namely, providing health care services to vulnerable populations in the nature of mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment

Conducting legal research and analysis relating to the criminal justice system; conducting legal research and analysis relating to the delivery of legal and social services to meet the needs of vulnerable populations; providing legal services to vulnerable populations and to projects that serve such populations; consultancy and advisory services related to justice and safety, namely, coordination of legal, social and psychological services for vulnerable populations
