The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a specific design feature used on socks. The design features a solid, continuous band that encircles the open neck portion of the sock. This band travels down the sock neck and along the top of the sock toward the toe, and at the arch area expands around the entire instep portion of the sock. This continuous band defines the outer border of a herringbone pattern component, which extends downward from the cuff of the sock along the instep and terminates before reaching the toe area. Within this herringbone component are two rows of asymmetric linear accents forming a chevron pattern along the instep of the sock. Connecting the heel area and the solid band at the cuff of the sock is a trapezoidal shape.
