The mark consists of a circular design with an outer ring containing, starting at the top, a heart shape with a plus sign in the right portion of the heart followed by the words "CARE PLUS PROGRAM" followed by a heart shape with a plus sign in the right portion of the heart, moving clockwise, to an arrow shaped line followed by the words "COGS KIT" flanked on each side by a light bulb shape with heart symbols in the middle of the bulbs, followed by a straight line and words "PROJECT PENSIVE" flanked on each side by a "dialogue box" symbol with a "play arrow" symbol in the dialogue box, followed by a straight line and the words "SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES" flanked on each side by a picture of two hands with a heart symbol in between the hands, and inside the outer ring is a second ring comprised of the 4 different arrow shapes with the arrows containing, clockwise from the top: (1) the words "COMPANION CARE" and a design of a plus sign with the silhouette of two people with the person the right with a heart symbol on the chest; (2) the words "PERSONAL CARE" with the design of a hanger and towel with a heart design on the towel; (3) the words "POST-SURGICAL CARE" with the silhouette of one person pushing another person in a wheel chair; and (4) the words "DAILY LIVING CARE" with a design of a clipboard with checkmarks, and inside the second ring is the design of three people (head and chest representation) in a triangular formation.
