The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a bottle with applied graphic and design elements as follows: the neck of the bottle is wrapped in a band of copper and gold colors; the upper portion of the neck having a copper band followed by a shorter band of gold followed by a shorter band of copper; on the upper copper band is a golden centaur design; centered directly below the centaur design in the gold band are the words "RÉMY MARTIN" in the color copper; the front body of the bottle comprises a clear raised centaur design embossed within a transparent glass medallion that looks like a wax seal. Below the encircled raised centaur design, the words "RÉMY MARTIN" appear in the color gold. Centered below the words "RÉMY MARTIN" is the word "CENTAURE in the color gold. Amber Liquid is contained within the bottle. The colors white, black and grey as they appear in the transparent areas of the bottle and along the sides of the bottle represent shadows and are not claimed as part of the mark. The matter shown in broken lines comprising a cap and cap wrap is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark on the packaging for the goods.
