The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods sold or produced are livestock products raised within the State of Colorado and the goods meet the following requirements: (a) the goods are not fraudulent, counterfeit, threatening, intimidating, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or illegal and would not give rise to criminal or civil liability; (b) the goods do not consist of, or relate to marijuana, adult entertainment, online gambling sites or political, activist or religious organizations or groups that intend to sway public opinion or views; and (c) the goods comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
