The mark consists of the word "DARK" in the top, left corner, under it the word "DOOR," and under both words is the word "COMICS," starting with an offset, almost vertically aligned, "C" under the "R" of the word "DOOR" and curving around and to the right so the "S" ends in the foreground and to the right of "DARK" and "DOOR." To the right of "DARK" and "DOOR" is a wooden door opened to the left with a heavy door knocker for a handle to the door's left and three claw marks in the door itself. To the right of the door there is an empty doorway except for blood splattered across the bottom opening of the doorway and three claws in the lower right of the doorway.
