The mark consists of a four-point dark gray star inside a dark grey circle, the star points toward four different quadrants of the circle that are in the colors light green, light blue, dark green and dark blue. Over the dark gray star is a larger star with light gray and dark gray halves which run lengthwise in the points of the star that extend the width of the circle. Directly to the right of the artwork are the words "PRA Location Services." Each word is on separate line and "PRA" is dark blue while "Location Services" is light blue. The white within the circle and outlining the stars are background and not a feature of the mark.
