The mark consists of the design of a green building that has a white line in between the roof and the lower part of the building, the letters "R" "H" and "M" appear in white on the front of the building, however the letter "H" appears on a blue rectangle that is superimposed on the building and is outlined by a white rectangle and then another blue rectangle. To the right of the building structure, the words "Rural Hospital" appear in solid white letters within a solid blue horizontal rectangle with a white border and a thin blue border. The horizontal rectangle is centered directly above the word "MORTGAGE" which appears in all capital letters and solid green coloring below the horizontal triangle.
