The mark consists of the design of an odometer shaped in a half moon curve, from left to right, divided into three spheres, from far left, in the background color of blue with words in white "NO WAY!" to the middle section of gradual colors shift from blue, green to yellow, with the words of "The Franchise Maker" in black. Far right section with background color in yellow and red contains the words of "SLAM DUNK!" in white. Directly beneath this odometer and contained therein is an image of a globe in color gray in the center, with an arm of a clock in black, also in center, points to "the Franchise Maker" position above. At the bottom of this design is a horizontal banner with the wording of: "Franchise-O-Meter" in black.
