The mark consists of two large intersecting circles with the left circle in the color red and the right circle in the color blue and a thin wavy band in the color yellow passing through the center of both circles, horizontally. Centered within the overlapping portion of the two large circles is a silhouette of a man in the color black. Also in the center of this design are a group of smaller overlapping circles creating a hexagonal shape above a vertical rectangular shape, all of overlapping green circles. The design appears above the wording "GENETICS OF DIVINITY" with the first letters of each word in red and the rest of the letters in black. All of the foregoing appears within a large white oval with a shadow effect in gray to the lower right. The other instances of the color white in the mark represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
