The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a blade design with a raised central portion graduating to a raised pointed tip and having sharp blades on either side thereof. The blade design includes first and second concave notches in the blade at the base of the raised central portion. Additionally, the mark further consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a handle with a concave notch aligned with the second concave notch of the blade design, a handle thumb groove and arches or slopes downward on the top toward the back base of the knife handle forming a smooth curved handle with a slight rounded point on the back of the handle. The broken lines depicting the sharp blades on the sides of the raised central portion and the text located on the blade of the handle end at the blade handle interface indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. Words shown on the blade are not part of the mark.
