Safari ChildCare, Inc. has registered the service mark SAFARI CHILDCARE under Registration No. 3278679 on the Principal Register for day care centers. Registration No. 3278679 was filed on 10/16/2006 and assigned Serial No. 77021920 with the use date of 10/02/2006 anywhere and in commerce. Applicant believes that Registrant uses its service mark on advertising and other materials in connection with its listed services.
