The mark consists of the stylized wording "JT'S" in the color red with the design of a caricature of a turkey wearing a fedora superimposed on the top of the wording. The design of the turkey contains the colors white and black in the fedora, the color brown in the body, the color yellow in the legs, beak and neck, the color pink in the head and neck, the colors white and black in the eyes, the color red in the beard, and the colors red, black and brown on the feathers. Surrounding all elements of the mark is a generally rectangular carrier in the color tan, having a picture of meat with barbecue sauce at the bottom of the carrier. The meat at the bottom is in shades of brown, red, orange, and white.
