The mark consists of Four (4) quadrant crest/coat of arms flanked on right and left side with reared horses in the colors black and white. The crest has a crown design at the top in the colors gray and black with a black outline. A gray scroll design outlined in black extends along the sides to the bottom of the crest. The center of the crest has a red diamond from which extend four gray lines that form the four quadrants. The top left quadrant is yellow, containing three (3) linked ovals in black. The top right quadrant is blue, containing three (3) symbols in black decreasing in size from left to right. The symbols are circles with a line segment extending down. the lower left quadrant is blue, containing two (2) yellow five point stars, one (1) large, and one (1) small. The lower right quadrant is yellow, containing A symbol of A religious cross in black. Beneath the shield is a decorative banner in a yellow and black scroll design meeting at a red spade outlined in black. The banner contains the following text, "EST. RICHMOND VA 2007" in black against a white background.
