The mark consists of a picture and three words. There is a grey figure representing a person jumping towards six (6) yellow curved lines. The figure is made up of the letters "c","y","h". The "c" represents the head of the figure, "y" represents the body, arms and right lower extremity, and the "h" is completed by the left lower extremity. At the base of the curved yellow lines, the words "Claim Your Health" are written. The beginning of each word is written in upper case letters, while the remainder of each word is written in lower case letters using custom lettering. The word "Claim" is in red, "Your" is in blue and "Health" in green. Below the words is a dome shaped horizon with the colors sky blue, dark blue and green respectively.
