The mark consists of the trade dress characterizing the front of the packaging for applicant's goods and consists of the stylized wording "MODEL MODEL DREAMWEAVER" with the first five letters of "MODEL MODEL" in orange and the second five letters in white and the wording "DREAMWEAVER" in white; the wording appears on a black area with an overall rectangular shape with a curved bottom edge; the black area features a thin horizontal line on its top edge that is orange on either side and shades into white in the middle; above the thin horizontal line is a horizontal band comprised of small vertically-oriented rectangles in black and shades of purple, orange, brown and gray; along the curved bottom edge of the black area there is a border comprised of a curved band of multiple shades of orange; forming an acute angle to that border beginning from the left is another curved band of multiple shades of orange with a gray band along its lower edge; between the two curved orange bands is a white area, which is claimed as a feature of the mark; the broken lines depicting packaging are intended to show the position of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
