The mark consists of the trade dress characterizing packaging for the goods. The package comprises a vertically oriented rectangle with a horizontal brown rectangle in the center with light brown perimeter stitching, with the top portion of the package comprising a closure feature and an opening for hanging the packaging and light brown stitching along the entire perimeter of the vertically oriented rectangle and a green floral design on the left that extends from a level roughly the middle of the horizontal rectangle up the closure feature of the packaging, another green floral design in the upper right corner that begins at the closure feature and ends at the brown stitching and a third green floral design at the bottom right of the package that begins slightly above the upper-most level of the centered rectangle and extends down to the bottom edge of the packaging in an approximation of a right triangle. The color white in the mark represents transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The black dotted lines surrounding the entire package identifying the overall shape of the package, the black dotted lines outlining the opening for hanging the packaging and the three horizontal black dotted lines in the top portion of the package representing the closure feature represent features of the mark that show placement of the mark and are not claimed features of the mark.
