The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a specific design feature of the product packaging for a wine bottle that is a label that wraps around and covers the entire bottle. The label consists of a beige background with a green rectangle appearing at the base of the neck of the bottle. Within the green rextangle is the wording "PLANET B" in a stylized white font and below the rectangle is the wording "MURVIEDRO" in a stylized black font. The wording "PLANET B" apperas vertically in a black stylized font on the left side of the bottle. The shape of the cap can bottle are not claimed a feature of the mark and are depicted in dotted lines for the purpose of showing the position of the mark on the goods.
