The mark consists of a vertical rectangle carrier that is outlined in dark blue and contains an inner border in gold. The inner background of the inner portion of the rectangle is blue at the top and gradually changes into blue and light blue towards the middle, to white at the bottom. At the top part of the inner rectangle there is a green shield with a gold border featuring an oak branch with ten gold leaves with black veins and six yellow acorns with green shells. Below the shield, there is a banner outlined in black and shaded in white and gold, carrying the stylized wording "PIAN DELLE QUERCI", in gold with a black outline. In the lower part of the design there is a black and white oak tree, sitting on top of wrinkled bushes.
