The wording "MANTOVA" is written in capital letters and in central position. The edge of the oval representation is composed of different elements. The inner edge, in gold color, is constituted by a regular succession of small squares in dark green. At the outer of this border, another edge in gold is placed, whose terminal parts create a fan shape on the right and left oval vertices and in the central part of the upper and lower border.
