The mark consists of the configuration of a bottle with a shape that is slight and drawn-in at the bottom and wider at the top in imitation of the masculine male form and with a bronze colored cap, a green neck band below the cap with yellow interior bands at the top and bottom, a fourteen-sided concentric polygon emblem positioned about halfway between the top and bottom of the bottle with the emblem with a thin green border on the outermost edge, then a thin yellow border, a thick green border, a thin yellow border and a black center with a yellow bottle centered therein. The words "GREEN MARK" appear in white in the thick green border, and a green banner outlined in yellow with the word "VODKA" in yellow therein stretches across the midpoint of the emblem. The words "ORIGINAL RECIPE" appear in black aligned diagonally below the emblem with the word "ORIGINAL" on top and "RECIPE" below, and below that wording appears a green rectangle with a thin green exterior border, a thin yellow interior border, and a center in green. The shape of the bottle is depicted in black lines, and the color as shown in the solid lines is claimed as a feature of the mark. The use of white in the mark, with the exception of the wording "GREEN MARK," is to depict background areas only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
