The mark consists of a vertical rectangle divided diagonally from the bottom left to the top right by a curved line. The top left half of the rectangle has a black background upon which the stylized wording "MARTUS CALA" in white italics appears. The wording "MARTUS CALA" slants upwards towards the top of the rectangle. In the center of the rectangle, crossing into both the top and bottom half of the rectangle appears a white wine glass with wine shaded purple, red, and pink, with gray and white highlighting. At the top half of the wine glass appears a red smiley face with white and black eyes, a white nose, and a white mouth. The smiley face appears like a sun with yellow rays curving out and around from the sun. The rays appear to be abstract human hands and feet, outlined in gray. A white and gray curve appears to the right of the sun smiley face, extending from the white and gray of the wine glass. The sun's rays extend into the top black half of the rectangle, but the remaining wine glass and smiley face sun design appear on top of an abstract background of red, brown, black, green, and white brush strokes.
