The word ZINI has no meaning; indeed ZINI is an Italian surname, without any specific meaning, belonging to a non living woman, Mrs. Euride Zini (Euride is the first name, Zini is the Family name) who passed away in 1985. As a matter of fact, the story of the ZINI branded foodstuffs began in 1956, when Mrs. Euride Zini founded an artisanal pasta factory in Milan (IT). In the course of time, the above factory acquired an industrial size and rapidly expanded its production. Nowadays Mr. Corrado Vezzani (Mrs. Euride Zini's son), the legal representative of the applicant "Ambiente e Nutrizione srl", gives consent to the use and the registration of "ZINI" as a trademark.
