The mark consists of an octagonal label with a gold border, with white lining, inside the gold and then with another layer of gold following. The background of the interior of the octagonal label is navy blue, containing a red, circular carrier at the top, which is outlined in gold and which contains the wording "LINIE AQUAVIT" at the top in white. On the interior of the red, circular carrier is a brown sailboat, with brown masts and white sails, on top a blue ocean with white crescent waves below a light blue sky containing disparate white clouds. Off the front right of the sailboat is a flag, which is red. Overlaying the bottom of the red border is a white banner, with golden outlines, that contains the signature "Jorgen Lysholm" in golden cursive. In the bottom front of the banner is the caricature of a man, sitting atop a golden barrel, with two brown barrels, one under each arm. The man has cream colored skin, a gold hat, white shirt, light blue coat, yellow pants and black boots. The man sits atop two light blue rectangles, with golden outline, the first of which contains the word "LYSHOLM" in black, the second of which contains the word "FABRIK MARKKE" in black. Below the light blue rectangles is a larger, black rectangle, with golden border, that contains the word "LINIE" in white. At the bottom of this carrier, is a red rectangle carrier, outlined in gold that contains the word "AQUAVIT" in white. Behind all of these rectangles are a series of golden coins with black lining. On the left of the coins, protruding above the top coins are a series of branches containing leaves and flowers. On the right of the coins, protruding above the top coins are a series of stalks of grass and grain. Numbers and lettering appear in gold at the bottom right and left of the blue inner portion of the octagonal label stating "4.5% alc/vol and 750 ml." At the bottom of the octagonal label, in the white portion of the outlining, appears the wording "Distilled and Bottled in Norway" in red.
