The trade mark is comprised of a vertical ellipse with the lower part extending symmetrically, a light brown shade linearly filled with two ends; the stylized words DE NHAT are in big yellow block letters with white strokes and black shade edges and are fitted to a curve at the centre; the line of black block letters NUOC NAM CHINH HIEU is fitted to the upper curve of the ellipse; two ends of the upper curve are bent inward to a ribbon-like black stroke, all are arranged on a white grey background; the line of small black block letters BI QUYET TU CAC LANG NGHE NUOC MAM NOI TIENG VIET NAM is fitted to the lower end of the ellipse and inside a white grey ribbon; behind the words DE NHAT there is a red circle with grey edge and dazzling white shade, outside dim yellow patterns on an orange background is gradually changed to red and expanding around the circle similarly with patterns on ancient bronze drums; embracing the upper of the circle is a red ribbon with yellow edge and white grey shade, the ribbon is double folded symmetrically in both sides and on its center there are five yellow stars, above it there is an orange crown-like image with surrounding decors being small red and green dots; more upper there is the applicant's logo, including the words VINA ACECOOK in white block letters in two lines inside a red ellipse with white edge, and next to the logo there is an image of a chef with a red tie, all are drawn with black strokes on white background; overlapping a part of the red circle is a green ribbon with light grey shade, the right end is bent backward and the left end is covered by a fish whisking its tail, the fish has black body and fin, silver white abdomen with the head heading upward to the right and the tail bending downward to right; further lower there is a drop-like image filled with orange and yellow fountain with two dazzling white dots on two sides of its lower part; below the drop is a transversal bending black ribbon with white edge and grey shades; its two ends are rounded and expanded at the center; further lower is an image of a black blue wave with two wave crests rising up to cover over the two ends of the black ribbon, the left crest is rising up higher and white.
