The mark consists of the stylized wording "HOFBRAUHAUS TRA UN- STEIN" appearing in gold with grey shadow outlining, underneath shield with a crown on top, and the stylized wording "SEIT" and the letter "H" to the left of the shield, and "1612" and the letter "B" to the right. "SEIT" and "1612" appear in black; "H"and "B" appear in gold with grey shadow outlining. The shield has a black outline, followed by a gold outline, followed by another black outline, and its interior is divided into three sections. The upper left section has a gold heraldic lion on a black background. The upper right section has a white background with a series of blue diamonds forming a repeating pattern, and grey shadowing on its left and upper edges. The lower section has a black background with a blue orb in its center, and a gold horizontal bar across the orb, and out of which comes a gold cross. The upper, lower, and right sides of the shield have a grey shadow outline. The crown above the shield has all of its features outlined in black. It has a white lower area forming semicircles, with a black dot in each of the three center semicircles, above which are two red sections each followed by a gold section forming the top. In the center of the crown is a gold rectangular area supporting a gold orb topped by a gold cross.
