The mark consists of a configuration of packaging for the goods, consisting of an oval yellow box, with a gold border and a surface decorated with light yellow and white roses; the cover is signed with a small, gold inscription "MIESZKO", coupled with the design of a crown; below there is a bigger brown, gold and beige inscription "SOLEIL", in characters imitating handwriting; the three last letters of this inscription are underlined with a brown line; below, on a black rectangle, small gold letters form the inscription "COMPOSITION OF DELICATE CHOCOLATES" beneath which is the design of a small gold rose; below this rose are four compositions of varied praline designs presented in: light orange, orange, red, white, yellow, brown, beige and gold. To the left of the packaging is the design of a chocolate candy, a banana slice, a chocolate in a wrapper bearing the wording "MIESZKO SOLEIL DESER BANANOWY Z KOKOSEM" and a chocolate drizzle. To the right of this design is the design of a chocolate candy, two curls of chocolate, and a lemon peel twist.
