The mark consists of a stylized black letter V inside a circle, which is on an illustrated padlock. The padlock is mostly black and the inside of the padlock is a metallic silver color, crinkled, resembling foil. There are also flecks of white indicated in the padlock, both inside near the V and also on the "u" shaped area. To the right of the padlock is the continuation of the word Vicious (indicated as"icious"). This is black and white with relevant shading, which may appear gray. This relevant shading is rendered to give the appearance of a paper cut out. Underneath the "us" part of the word Vicious, indicated "icious", is the word "clothing." The word "clothing" is bold, in all capitals, and is black.
