In the background a blue river makes an "S" shape behind the trees. Two blue concentric circles surround all of the above; the inner circle is thicker than the outer. The interior background portion of the circle is white. There is an additional blue horizontal line that disappears behind the lower part of the outer concentric circle and reappears on the opposite side. The blue line then underlines the word "Stephenville" which appears in green block lettering outlined in blue.
