an information and control system, namely environmental sensors, equipment vibration sensors, light sensors, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, internal lighting, external lighting, all linked with computer processors and data communications links which relay data and control signals to other computer systems, in the fields of energy management, space conditioning control, and lighting control, and broadcast via a global computer network; computer processors and data communications links which relay data or control signals from a computer system at a central control center to distant computer systems via a wide area computer network for control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment linked with those distant computer systems; a control and information system with heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment at geographically separated commercial buildings, said HVAC equipment being linked with local computer processors and data communications links for communication with a central computer system via a global computer network
