The mark consists of a yin yang circle. The circle is bisected with an s-curve. To the visual left, from the inside diameter of the circle to the s curve the color is white. The s curve appears in the center of the circle from top to bottom. To the visual right, from the inside diameter, to the center of the s curve the color is medium grey. White and medium grey are the only colors in the circle. All lettering is written in the font type called Tall Paul One third from the top of the circle, reading from left to right, is the word "Inside", written on white. In the same line, stated in the medium grey part is the word "Out". Approximately half-way down from the top of the circle is the next line. The word "Integrative" (with the "I" appearing outside the circle) "ntegrative" inside the white, the next word is "Health", still appearing within the white, finally "Centers" appearing within the medium grey area. Underneath the word "Health" is the symbol for and, which looks like this: (&). Underneath the symbol for and (& ) are the words "Paths to Om", with "m" as the only Letter within the medium grey.
