The mark consists of a three dimensional representation of a handbag featuring a plurality of beads used to attach two handle straps to the handbag, and a generally-oval, metal combination zipper pull and lock part (which includes lettering thereon, which lettering is not claimed as a feature of the mark) which oval lock part mates with a generally-rectangular metal lock part, attached such as by a rivet, to the handbag; a generally oval leather medallion where the minor axis of the leather oval aligns with the bottom surface of the handbag and the major axis of the leather oval aligns to be perpendicular to the bottom surface of the handbag (which leather oval includes words thereon which are not claimed as a feature of the mark), the leather oval being attached to the handbag by a leather strap which is, in turn, attached to the handbag at an end of a handle most distant from the rectangular part of the lock which is attached to the handbag.
